Outside of my work, I speak at events and conferences on topics ranging from entrepreneurship to social media. I focus my talks on media, technology, entrepreneurship, journalism and business. I have a diverse pool of knowledge on which I base my presentations. (also, as you will see, there is also no shortage of entertainment or lolcats in my talks.)

I was actually on-air, being interviewed on Facebook’s recent privacy changes when Steve Jobs passed away. ABC7 whisked me away and had me come on air to react to his passing on-the-fly.

I love it when things come full circle. A few months after the Amit Singhal interview, I had a chance to interview Microsoft Director of Search Stefan Weitz.
